Some exciting new developments are the ability to use your telephone as a tool:

Info Line: Self managed Info line allows a customer to manage their own info line set up to act on keypad prompts to offer answers to the most frequently asked questions.

On Call Line: We will provide you with an “082” number which can directed to an alternate number including a cell number, and you don’t pay for the call after divert. Uses would include:

  • When Telkom lines are down, you send it out as alternate number & simply divert it back to your land line once they are back online. This prevents the requirement to give out private cell numbers.
  • Rep Cell number: You call allocate a number per sales rep & when they leave, you simply divert it to their replacement.
  • When you have an afterhour's service, you simply use this number & divert it to the relevant person on call keeping consistency & removing the requirement for additional cell phone contracts.
